My Story

My name is Lyn Scott, principal at Scott’s Property Boutique. I’m an experienced real estate professional with over 15 years of proven excellence and experience. 

I’ve helped hundreds of vendors achieve maximum profits for their properties for less time on the market. I opened my first successful real estate business in 2001, branded as Richardson & Wrench Kanwal. Though beginning humbly, I built a strong rapport in the community and achieved awards for excellence, including the No. 1 Principal Agent in NSW. I also have extensive experience in land development from both a developers’ and sales point of view. 

I’m also fully ticketed as a Certificate III Civil Construction Worker. As such, I have an acuity for large scale developments and the challenges they pose when taking them to market. I have a professional and personal interest in renovation and interior design, which has improved my skill in staging homes and presenting properties. These renovations and improvements help drive demand and in turn, higher sale prices. I am a consummate believer in placing the client in the centre of all my efforts. Customer service is my highest priority. 

I’ve guided new buyers to achieve their goal of owning their first home. Lending my expertise to their buying experience is one of the facets of this profession I relish. I deeply enjoy assisting vendors and clients with real estate queries and requests. As a businesswoman, I strive to ensure total satisfaction and the best results for my clients. I cherish all the relationships I’ve fostered and hope to add many more valued colleagues as time marches on. Though I have been a property manager in the past, my focus in this new venture is sales.
